Our early goal was not to create a complete hospital system, but to validate whether a unified digital platform could improve operational efficiency in hospitals.
However, artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape not only what software can do—but also how software itself is created.

The Original MVP Approach

The aim was not to replicate a full hospital system, but to test a fundamental hypothesis:

At that stage, development followed a traditional cycle: identify the problem → build → test → iterate. Speed was limited by engineering capacity.
AI Is Changing the Speed of Building Software
